Andrea "Andie" Metcalf, President/CEO, offers over 21 years of human resource management and training experience, with an emphasis in employment, training and development, and customer focused services.

Andie's background includes working with and recognizing the strengths and challenges of both small and large organizations. Her employment record includes experience as a management facilitator/trainer and vice president of human resources/training in financial services, banking, lending, marketing, insurance, retail sales, communications, advertising, accounting, and customer relations. She has managed both financial and people resources.

Andie earned a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Kansas State University and graduated from the National Bank Trainer's School and the Graduate School of Human Resource Management at the University of Colorado.

She is a certified instructor for Zenger Miller, Inc., in Frontline Leadership Training, and a Certified Facilitator for Development Dimensions International, Inc. (DDI) in Effective Leadership: Techniques for an Empowered Workforce.

Andie has been extremely active in local leadership, educational, and philanthropic organizations. She is a current member of (SHRM) Society for Human Resource Management and both the Manhattan Area and Wamego Chambers of Commerce.
